Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match our store's size chart, we will replace it for free and cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Other Exchanges: For exchanges due to any other reason, we will gladly replace the item, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
